HOW DO I GET A PICTURE UPLOADED FOR MY PAGE??!!!
ive tried 50 billion times entering and exiting logging out and in refreshing what do i do?
First go to 'My Account' on the top right corner of the screen then click 'Icon Upload' in the 'Account Configuration' box. After that you need to select a picture from your documents and it must be 270px wide and 200px tall. When you're done click the 'Submit' button and that's it.

well i tried that and it didnt work maybe it was the pic size but ill inform ya if it does thx for helpin out

Yep, those are just the maximum requirements.

1)Resize your chosen image using Microsoft office picture manager or Adobe Photoshop (links above)
2)Reset the pixels under custom, 270px X 200px for profile pic and 60px X 60px for icon
3)Don't need to be exact but just slightly more than the requirements would be good.
4)Lastly, don't forget to crop and save changes!
5)With that, good luck cropping and resizing!
ok im a little new be i know what to do u have to up load a pic 270pc X 200pc then go to recrute then click on the image then submit it good luck with ur new pic
