Just wondering, what programs are required to make a flash. Like a video game, or a short simple clip. Nothing nice, or terrible. I've never posted anything here on Newgrounds, just interested in making a flash with a friend on here. Thanks in advance.

Adobe Flash of course. I use CS3 Professional, capable of AS2.0 and 3.0, but i code in 2.0.
You can also use Games Factory by clickteam, which was out free in special edition for newgrounds lately.
