Nicolas Cage Collab

I am unsure of the regulations to host collaboration but I would like to see this come to a reality.

It is completely based on the video "Nicolas Cage loses His Shit"nicco cage, and I would like to make it similar if not rip the actual sound from it and each user can make a segment or more. Then I would put it all together the same way the video was but all animated using all of our unique styles and ideas. Get creative maybe it sound like something else is happing, why does he scream FUUUCKK!!! You can get literal or do whatever you feel is right. I will keep track of who wants to do what but I will only commit to the parts I feel are of quality.

If someone could get the sounds into separate parts so we can easily animate to them that would be fantastic and very helpful.
Until someone can get those parts separate you have to go on your own limb and find the part should be to hard ;)

This ibis the order and reference for said parts, until sound segments have been ripped for use to better synch your animation we must go on your own to do the best you can. I do need for sure the full sound ripped from the video as is to put with the completed collaboration.
-Size will be 550 x 450 widths by height PIXELS
-This is a wip so due date is first come first served.
-Have fun get creative
-Easter eggs will develop as this builds.
-if I can get medals pre -approved for a video rather than game I will try to do so.
-i will also except art and other creative easter egg ideas besides animation, maybe even a slide show if alot of portaits are made.

I like the idea of the dubbed in baby, i may consider it, the bear part and the bees part are fine, if someone wants to try and "do better" or something then they may but as of now its yours for the taking.:)

In light of the dubbed crying baby idea i have some questions:

1: should we focus on a topic that would be his x factor ? like fruity pebbles running out every time , etc
2: should we find multiple voice actors to re do the scenes in an epic funny way?
A: considering both should we do number 2, but we can parody each scene to show tribute to it in our own way?

or keep the same audio from the scene keep the essence the same,

i intend on using that song used in the background unless you gaiz think of a better one ;)

this is a collaboration so any input on this is greatly noted.

ok i decided i will be:

rules {
- the same audio as the videonico
- he will be enraged per scene due to him running out of rice krispies.
---this can shown in many ways , get creative work with what hes doing or make the audio work with it.
-make sure to properly label everything use your username_than object w/e , other wise i will except
-put it all in one nice movie clip.
-550 x 450
-24fps
-unless you want your part to change color make a background with your part.
-make sure Nicolas is in there i hope this is obvious
-due date is still depending on interest so the more submission the sooner it'll be made.

I am sorry for double posting but, I never really asked and I need to clarify before I start my part. Is the tone serious or funny? I animate kinda cartoony which would lead to my part being funnier than serious and the concept of my part is funny. I am going to have him going ape bananas for about 5-6 seconds and then just burst out in to tears in a baby voice.

depends on the part each part is funny or serious and actually both alot, its like a dark comedy but not.

Here is all of the parts cut and ready to download, NG dump does not accept wav. so i used another site, but do not worry i already did a huge chunk of work that potentionnly could of been done by 34 seperate people, so here's what to do:

go to part you want and click link

then click free download under the file when you get to the website.

it will usually goto some bs where your download link will be ready in 50 seconds and you have to wait with an ad, but wait and then do this

click free download it SHOULD start the typical process other wise i cannot help you.

As you can tell I reduced the amount of parts to 34 from 36, because I felt that the EMT part was short and basically the same as the die sequence directly after so that part is now merged with the die one. The screaming scenes directly after the army scene are merged as well for the same reason. So new scene 21 is old 21 plus old 22 and then scene new 22 is old 23 plus old 24 if that's too hard to understand ,ffff

like i stated i reduced the parts by two so your part is now 32, every thing above 25-36 are now reduced by two making it 23-34

OLD part 21 plus OLD 22 = new 21

OLD part23 and OLD 24 = new 22

so old 25 through 36 = minus 2

So far i made the preloading screen, i decided that for the preloader ,since its newgrounds would be a NG layout to tribute with added little sounds and visual, and then a transtion into the what will be menu, which will have typical things you'd find in a menu. nothin much, but thought id get a few thing out of the way

I basically did all the skeleton work for the collab, labels, some AS, etc. Once i get those submissions they can easily be put into collab.

i have a movie theater style im thinking of doing, and with that i can have silly medals like buying popcorn and throwing it at the screen ten times IDK yet, that wont be hard to do though.

There is nothing to really look at the yet its just the flash ad,loader and Ng layout i made. As for the menu and parts it just rough placment to help me when i was programming it. So i knew it was working, so its just numbers etc for the most part.

So i ws thinking the main movie would be in a theater setting with dark shadows of the audience w/.e, and all i need is people to join, as more join the more i will do, i mean at this rate even going slowly i will be done before the parts are in.

MAKE sure your lables are including username_mc ....etc please, i do not want to have to fish out the errors. I will but do not want to .

i would like to see some good stuff and maybe now that i have the bull work done i can just design the final look, and maybe start my part, idk what part yet, its my collab so yeah i can essentially do w.e. good luck guys/girlys.

It would be pretty boring to see 30+ nicholas cages saying the lines, I might as well just watch the meme it's based on. I did that using elements of pop culture in my flash skit. Has anyone else even submitted their parts yet? because to be honest its quite a daunting to have all those parts filled and some artists may have to take up more than 3 to get it done by the deadline.
