How about this: put whatever hand you don't draw with in the same pose and redraw it using the medium of your choice.
Referencing an object usually helps.

You should attach it to a drawing of something so that it`s not a waste of time to look at.

I take it your wanting to draw a hand holding a gun of some kind? Use your own hands as reference, youve pretty much got it down already, just remember that the last section of the thumb tends to curl downwards over the fingers when holding an object or making a fist.
If you are striving to change the hand, then you have a whole lot to change before you can make it look good. For starters, I think the anatomy of this hand is quite off, you should fix that. The fingers don't look right, they look as if they were glued together. There are a lot of hand tutorials out there. Why don't you see one?
