ya guys where do i look to get a job? i need you to tell me of places where i can look for a job; any suggestion is fine, so u can tell me to look in the paper, internet and stores. i need any idea you can think of and any place is fine as long as it's fine for an 18 year old male part time student. the only thing that i wont consider is an illegal job, so come on guys im serious here. i need a job to save money.

With the job market as it is right now, you should really take anything you can get (cashier, waiter, stockboy, salesperson, etc.)
However, if you can swing it, I strongly recommend finding a job in the same profession you one day hope to work in. If you want to be a doctor, work as an intern in the medical profession now; if you want to be an I-banker, find an entry job in finance.
Employers love it when you already have experience in their field - even if it is only as a paper-pusher.

While you can apply to any store, knowing people and having connections is the best bet. Talk to people. See if they know anybody who looking to hire. A lot of people hire on recommendation rather than opening to the general public.

Basically any place where help is wanted. It also helps to have experience in things, for instance even if it's a cashier at mcdonalds they'll stick with the person who's operated a cashier more often than some untrained rookie, so long as you're willing to work for the same pay. The same goes for practically everything.
Also it helps to have formal training in that field, ie if you're trying to get a job in business than a business degree helps, although since you're a part time student I doubt that this will apply. Basically just keep your eye on the classifieds or wanted posters and you'll probably end up with a job.
Try working for government in some way shape or form. I'm working as a page at the local library, so I'm getting a pension 50 years from now. Plus, the pay's nice and you don't have to do any heavy lifting. Just make sure you're willing to sort through books for hours at a time. If money is not the issue, try getting an internship with somebody. Its not as good as a real job, but it helps.
