The place to ask would be the Flash Forum, but it is really unlikely that you can.
Mammoths are in fact no longer an endangered species! The North Sea is full of them.

No. Even if you figure out how to port those files to your PC, I doubt you could find any type of converter that can take something coded in C++ and bring it into flash without work.
If you want your game on NG, you'll have to get flash and learn AS; the programming language of Flash.
No matter what your weaknesses are, make sure your own abilities supersede them.

There were a few flash games where you got to make your own RPG Map and play in it, create events, characters, yadda yadda. There was one really good one in particular. Can anyone find that? It was like, RPG Maker or something.

Actually believe or not there is a C++ converter, Adobe Alchemy converts C++ into AS3. That's how mike made Doom on Newgrounds.
