Is there a way I can convert any RPG maker games I have made and host them on newgrounds?
I doubt there would be any possibility, and I'm pretty sure this has been asked before.
No. Even if you figure out how to port those files to your PC, I doubt you could find any type of converter that can take something coded in C++ and bring it into flash without work.
If you want your game on NG, you'll have to get flash and learn AS; the programming language of Flash.
No matter what your weaknesses are, make sure your own abilities supersede them.

Actually believe or not there is a C++ converter, Adobe Alchemy converts C++ into AS3. That's how mike made Doom on Newgrounds.
