Horray, I'm starting an art collab, and what other theme than Halloween, the day in which ghosts, witches, skeletons and Paris Hilton lurk within the night!
The obvious idea of this collab is to have a bunch of cool guys to make halloween related pictures, so we put it all together in an .FLA, and get it submitted right in to the portal, on Saturday the 31st, so all you fellas tired of trick n' treating can now celebrate with an art collab, instead of taking their little sister dressed as a pumpkin to the neighborhood asking for candy and finding a secret cementery where two guys called Ice and Scoop will steal your Nikes and eat your candy.
And now, flashy introductions aside, the beloved technical info you've been all waiting for:
- The picture size is specifically 599px wide by 700px tall, this, because of two reasons, first, it's a nice and comfortable vertical setting for the canvas, and second, this way you don't have to resize it when posting the JPG in te forums.
- It is of great importance that you make sure you save your picture as both a JPG and a PNG, that way, you can post the JPG in the thread and gimme a link to the obligatory PNG file, which maximizes the quality of the picture. You can post the PNG in any image hosting website, like Spamtheweb or tinypic
- Of course, make sure you follow the Art Forum Rules like in every other thread, to save us both a rather uncomfortable situation
- Photomanipulation won't be added to the collab because, well, it's an art collab, bro.
- Everyone loves constructive critisism.
- Nobody likes a troll.
Yup, those are the rules, not too hard to follow, right?
Another important topic I wanna clear up:
You'll be specially taken in count if your submission is:
1. Extremely well done
2. Totally scary ass (which of course, has to do a lot with point number 1)
3. Shows a lot of effort
4. Contains genitals
5. Ignore point number 4
Now, in order to make sure the forum gods don't chew me out, here's the
thread beginning picture, which, as you can see, is a guy who has no skin at all, now, hurry up, why are you still reading this? You've got 20 days to make your piece!
