Hey I'd like to get into mixing and im wondering what would be a good program to download and learn on? Legal download of course, not over bittorrent or anything ;)

There is nothing good you can learn for free. If you have a Mac I recommend buying Pro-Tools. I don't know of any free DAWs for Mac computers. If you have a pc, just get Audacity. (Maybe it works on Macs too?) It blows terribly, but it is free. Which is what you want. And I'm guessing you are just a beginner, so it should keep you busy with learning new stuff for a while.
