Unless you're going to spend $400 on some software specifically to emulate a guitar, or you happen to have a real guitar, this is not going to happen. There's not a good, cheap way to fake a guitar.

or you can spend $400.00 and buy Native Instruments (NI) Komplete 5 and get a really good guitar plus a hard-drive clogging collection of samples and synths :D (60+) gigs
