It can be anything that relates to world war 2 for explain : Adolf hiter ( Nazi's - Wehrmact - Panzer - Blitzkrieg ) Italian fascist ( Benito Mussolini , alpini ) , Imperial Japan ( japanese kamaziki , Zeros , ) Axis - Allies ( US ARMY ) - Britan - France - Russia - whatever that has happened or relates to world war 2.
Make the movie as an Action Script 2 file (AS2)
Length limit is 20 to 40 seconds ( MAX IS 1 MIN )
Width and Length : 700x400
FPS ( Frame Per Second ) - 25
Make the movie in a movie clip - if you are having problems with this don't do it , I'll do it for you.
I cannot stress enough to keep your files organized and build your movie clean and not have everything going eveywhere.
