Well DUH! it was meant as a joke. for example: Please remove your finger from my ass, in dutch is: haal alstublieft uw vinger van mijn ezel. That's not a real translation either! in english, thats: please take your finger from my donkey. see? It's like that in every language.
Anyways, it's not true that all europeans don't speak english. most can get along fine in places where they speak english. For example, i am from belgium, and me, my entire family, and almost my entire school(except for a couple of dumb kids), speak english.
