If by post you mean submit, you can submit your music to the Audio Portal. Just click the "Submit" button on the top and there you go. If it's your first time submitting, then you'll have to be approved by an audio mod first.

Easy. Click this, and fill it out. Upload your music, pick a genre, add your comments, etc.

Oh, and before making a thread about how long it takes to get approved or why you haven't been approved yet, click the link that loansindi provided for you.
