Every time I play a flash I see it transferring data to ungrounded.net what is that?

The Newgrounds database. All files, images, etc... are stored there.
It's probably were flash submissions are stored, or something like that.

Ungrounded ALWAYS 404's, as it isn't directly publicly accessible. If you hacked the server, you;d have access to every file, though.
