How long does it take to get a song approved to get onto newgrounds?
is it a couple of days? hours? weeks?

Basically, it can take anywhere from a few days to a couple weeks, sometimes the mods get pretty swamped.
HOWEVER if you've uploaded a song that is any way not yours, that is including samples from commercial works, 'remixes', a simple MIDI rip or anything that constitutes someone else's work, you'll be banned from submitting forever.
