For use of istablishing some rules, nobody wants to read all the way to the second page of the forum to figure out the rules. Well, TurkeyOnAStick has given me a little advice, and if he doesn't mind, I'm gonna use it the the best of my ability :P.

Background Color: Whatever you want, it's your art, your theme :P.
Sand Color: Whatever you wish, sand color varies throughout the ocean anyways :P.
For the person that orginally came up with this in Mount Newground, post here, and claim it and I'll put your name on the title screen, co-author, and other stuff, just let me know if you wish to start off on sea level. Anyways, I may need your help for a small time SirNightOwl, or TurkeyonaStick, This would be my first collab, and I may need a little help, so if anybody has done this before, Help is always appreciated.
For now, we'll have the slope going downhill from top left of the screen in a downwards-right slope, like the guy who drew the mermaid. Anyways, sorry I never added this earlier, but add all this stuff to your pics, and we need more submitters!
SPECIAL TASK:
I plan on having something the other art forum collabs havn't had yet. A HUGE Author Bios Section. I'll give this task to anyone who wants it, I'll give you a list of names, and it's up for you to PM the person, get a short paragraph, and any pictures he wishes to include, like a small sig, or avatar. If they don't reply, and they don't send you their stuff, they can send to me, and I'll forward to the person willing to do this. If they don't send to either me or you, then they won't have a spot in the BIOS section. We're going underwater themed, so bubble effects on the cursor, and anything else you can throw in. We can do this guys! I'm going to post in the Mt. Newgrounds forum telling the original author to join us! Whomever does this is getting Co-Author!
Rules/Advice by TurkeyOnAStick
1. Fixed document size (475x550)
2. Make sure that all objects in the picture are inside the frame (it's really annoying and horrible if you don't)
3. THE PICS ARE SEA RELATED! ie. no pics of men standing in the middle of nowhere with "My name is ROFLZOR!"
4. No explicit images
5. No stickmen :( Or at least make it clear they've put effort in.
6. GIF's are recommended, but JPGs are fine.

We are now in competition with Denzimo, considering he won't work with us :P. I want to have a good collaberation, and It's gonna takes tons of work from us. Image size is not really a problem, I'll make it fit. Anyways, Lets do this! (For the Last Time WE NEED AN EDIT POST BUTTON!!!)
