Every single day. One of them must deposit before the other, and so, as a result, one of them must be level 30 while the other is level 29. Maybe Pimp just hasn't deposited yet today.
*nb: i say must, I accept that they could both send deposit data to the NG servers at exactly the same time, but they wouldn't. Because they're like that.*
We don't need an update every time either Humantarget52 or Pimp gets to be level 30. They're really close to each other in experience, everyone knows this.
