I like it, the only problem I have is that it's far too loud and low-quality. Makes it become ear-rape.

Oh and I am a massive Tails fan, and if you were to patch this up a little I'd say it's perfect. I could give you ideas on ideas with this, like breaking this song down into different files for different times. I'm quite good at that, despite not being able to actually MAKE songs.
