Ah man I've always loved this song. Never liked any of their other songs but this one was special AND it was in Resident Evil. Double win.
You guys nailed it! Great, GREAT guitars, full and heavy. The vocals are -sick- gosh. So much grit in that scream, amazing. She has a lovely tone too that shows her potential. (The start was lost because of the production.)

The beginning, (seek me part) was lower production to mimic the way KSE did it with "megaphone" effect...but that particular effect didn't work too well on a girls voice, for this song. So we just lowered the quality.

I think I did more air drumming than I did work while listening to this. Still wish there were some parts of the song where the voice didn't over power the drums & cymbals as much, minor stuff.

Wow, this is really well done! I applaud the vocalists' screams. Female screams and growls aren't common, let alone this good so great work! She kicked ass and this chick here approves! \m/ She sounds a lot more confident this time around and pretty much just nails it! One little thing, the sound quality of the vocals sounds just a bit muffled. It sounds like it's the mic though I would put the vocals just an ever so slight hair louder. Since the instrument quality is so clear, the muffled sounding mic gets overpowered. That's just a little nit-picky gripe. Otherwise, awesome job!

If Amber continues to improve at this rate....which is absolutely UNREAL, it will be INCREDIBLE! I was absolutely blown away by her confidence.
I've started writing something new, so we can use a little finesse and then incorporate some heavier stuff.
I gotta tell ya...mixing and mastering female vocals is NOT the same as male vocals. hahaha. The beginning was supposed to be distant...as well.
But I am struggling and did try something new, here. So absolutely noted! I'm in study mode as well, for female voice mixing!! haha. Thanks again. Very much appreciate the review and listen!
