I love a good song that brings back memories, and this one succeeds in that. it gives me a memory of playing pokemon for the first time!
For "The Gift of Christmas" contest; a music present for my two lovers Steampianist and Azhthar. I was placed in the subset of the top three (?) so basically it was honorably mentioned lol...
So yeah, it's one of Santa's helpers going insane from being overworked and drained to the point of shifting in and out of reality. He daydreams of vacation time while also falling into work-related nightmares. Yep...

The overworked elf.. wow i can relate to this so much also i notice your recent composition seems to revolve around a single motif and you either arrange them to a new instrumental, variate it, and develop it. Its very effective to make a catchy track but you still keep your ending signature which is an imperfect cadence which btw you can introduce a new motif and do the same process of variating it developing it and arranging it to new instruments and so on
Regardless i still find this very catchy and i loved it. thanks a lot and merry christmas
(This was also rushed) but yes I am even more dumb and predictable now omg help.
That´s awesome!!!! Thanks a lot!!! Now christmas doesn´t matter anymore ;) Present for you follows soon. It didn´t become insane enough but I hope you like it ;) I also hope that some tiny creepy christmas elves come to my door on christmas and sing your christmas song. But they have to look like gremlins!!!!
No I love you...
It's so thematic! I wonder if your two lovers are making a flash animation set to this because it perfectly describes the concept you laid out in the author comments?
Anyway fun little piece of music. I guess my only complaint would be that with the amount of repetition you probably could have just made it a little shorter and turned it into a loop. Also I did not particularly care for the bells at the end.
Perfect.
