Super low audio quality. The song itself is nice, but the audio quality is terrible. Very fuzzy and muddy.
Created way back in late 1999 using the nifty "MTV Music Generator" (referred to as "MTV:MG" hereafter) for the Sony PS1, this original track was cobbled together using nothing but the samples from the MTV:MG with some editing done to the guitar samples to make them sound a little different.
Originally 'composed' (ok, sequenced) to be used in a flash animation/game series which has long since been put on hiatus but not forgotten, this song was supposed to evoke a "Top Gun" meets "Gundam" feel as the music was to be played during an opening sequence involving a futuristic setting; an airforce base, pilots getting into their aircrafts, aircrafts taking off, aerial maneuvers, target practice and an eventual "whoa!" moment when the jet fighters 'transform' (similar to Robotech/Macross Veritech Fighters) into humanoid, bi-pedal soldiers in mid-air.
Since this was only recently discovered after reconnecting an old PC that had been in storage for nearly 10 years, I can finally move this song from my old hard drive onto my current one.
Hope you all like it. Thanks for listening.
