I don't know about Trap; it's a bit too synthy for that and doesn't have the huge kicks but I still really like it. Don't knock it down for not being Trap. The layout of the hats and snares was spot on.

It does sound pretty good. I've no experience with Trap so I can't give u much tips about that. only thing I would suggest is to use a kick with a little bit more puch.

sounds more like shoegazey synthpop than trap, but that's also something i really like. maybe you should just do that instead of trap?

but if you really want to keep making trap then simply run through the trap checklist® next time:
- 808 drums
- squelchy atonal synth lead
- "what" sample on every offbeat
- lex luger style triplet synth rise
- pitched-down line from an obie trice track
- gunshots

Right, okay - heres what I think:

Pros:
Good melody, chord progression
great hats, snares and sequencing/arrangement of these- plus I love the pitch movement of the snares.

Cons:
Firstly, it's missing the 808 Kick/sub bass - if you can get an 808 vst and just increase the tail alot, then bounce that and repitch it and you'll have your bass and kick
or you can just emulate your own sub bass but it's just not there (I can hear a bass btw buts it not really a trap sub bass, it's more just an lfod one)
secondly I think it's a little too low tempo and I don't like the placements of the kicks - it doesn't really have that hip hop trap feel and more a dubstep rhythm feel
of course its a bit repetitive also

Nice attempt mate and I'd love to hear more but it doesn't really feel like a trap track for the reasons mentioned above
