It has that metal rhythm, but a pop-rock sound, don't you think?

But mixing could be WAY better.
Might be a good idea to add a reverb on the lead guitar.
Drums are a little weak, in particular in the intro.
You might want to better EQ the bass and 2nd guitar, at some places there are distorting.
