I'm using FL Studio 10 , and mostly a vst called Plogue Chipsounds to tweak my own sounds and such. Sometimes i use Magical8bitPlug :). Magical8bitPlug is free, but Plogue Chipsounds costs about 95$ if i'm not wrong.
