I don't know if this is really "dubstep". The bassline is super distorted. It definitely has potential if you keep working on it. The intro is long, you shouldn't use a similar drum sample throughout the intro. I only hear one synth throughout the song as well, try and use multiple sounds.

The intro is a tad slow and repetitive... The song doesn't REALLY start till about 1.22 (way too long to wait) The voice sample was perfect... absolutely brilliant. The snippets between 1.26 - 1.52 feel like they could use a bit more kick outta the bass. The Clap/Beat combo is a gives a good feel to the song however like i said the bass could use a bit more kick... The clap seems stronger.
All in all a good song.

I have only worked on this for a day or so, so it ain't 100% finished.
I'll take your words in mind and shorten the intro and add more kick to the bass.
