Great!
Mind if I ask what programs you would use in the process of making something like this?
Short orchestral loop on the epic side of the music. Sort of reminding of Vangelis to me (or I just flatter myself).
Track composed and sequenced by Mihai Sorohan in 2012.

My main sequencer and multitrack is Mu.Lab.
For sounds I use:
Monster Staccatos - by Cinematic Strings
EWQL Symphonic Starter Edition
Cakewalk Dimension LE with Garritan Pocket Orchestra (mostly for woodwinds)
The choir is the default choir from Kontakt, the m-a morphing. I had to compress it a lot, the patch is highly unequal as dynamic.
Timpani are from VSL shipped with Kontakt and the "snappy" percussion is Epic Room Percussion - by 8Dio.
As effects I use ToneBoosters Track Essentials (almost everything you usually need for 25$) and (don't laugh) Guitar Rig for the convolution reverb.
Well done!
I like this one, very evocative of a triumphant return or something of cinematic equivalence.
My only two criticisms would be that the 'dropout' that happens at 0:33 throws the pulse off. When the music comes back, it feels like the form is starting over, but it's just the last two beats of that measure, so it takes a second to feel the beat again. And secondly, the voices at the end don't line up with the voices at the beginning, making it difficult to loop this.
Otherwise, very nice job!
Thanks for your detailed feedback.
The 'dropout' is actually just the whole lop again. The problem with looping might be the timing which got messed up by the long tail of the reverb.
I will try to fix it somehow.
Thanks again for review.
super!!!!
i'm a fan of the orchestral epics, so when i heard this, i was like, HECK YEA!!!!!!definatley should go in the top....
Thanks, you're very kind :)
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
