HEY GUYS! I'VE BEEN PLAYING TOO MUCH SILENT HILL! Seeing how this song is so heavily inspired by it. This one is probably my most soundtracky song, and also utilizes a lot more .wav files than usual (yes all the misc. wav sounds are actually link voices from OOT). Again I'm really trying to up the production value of my sound ,and I hope this reflects it somewhat. I'm pretty sure I'll be mastering this one a little bit more soon, this was only made in about 2 hours and I plan on putting a few more embelishments along with maybe changing some minor parts.
PLEASE GIVE ME YOUR OPINION EVEN IF YOU HATE 4TH BASS DRUMMERS!

silent hill is my fav series, althought i dont know what the hell they have been doing to the series as of late, (homecomeing, shatted memeries) i have not play'd a good good silent hill since the 4th one... the one on psp is iight, not to crazy about it but i love the soundtrack, btw.. i like this track, kieep up the good work homie...
The Japanese team actually stopped making the games after the 4th one, so yeah that's probably why lol. Actually they didn't even make the 4th one, I heard it was originally a seperate horror game, but the guys gave up on it and then the Silent Hill team picked it up. Thanks though this song did come out better than I expected.

Lol sweet! I've been playing 2 as of late (it's the first one I've ever played, and I love it). But the music really inspired me, and this just sort of popped up one day after messing with a .wav pad sound that comes with Fruity Loops. It's alot of fun to just play with sounds like that the way I did here, cause it can end up sounding really odd. Thanks for the review :D

I wasn't too crazy about the weird music box part, but I did like the pads in the background. The added alot of texture. Overall, I think it was rather repetitive, but that might have just been the style of music. Personally, I would lower the volume of the music box bell thing, but other than that, I think it was a good song.
I've actually already done that lol, I rendered this around 3 days ago and I've already tweaked some things in the FLP file. Though I do have a hard time feeling the repetitiveness, the drums don't change alot but they do change at some point. The .wav files are never the same besides the two establishing ones from the intro, and I tried to keep the song down in the length. I do think the ending was repetitive though, I'll probably cut out some four bars. Thanks for the review :D
