Part of a series, possibly to be released in a higher-quality form, which includes "The Violent Sequins", "Sofie (untitled)", "Crystal Kid", and "Rollerskate/Dance Movie". All songs were written using a MicroKorg rip-off synth I traded an old Casio for, Audacity, and FL Studio (particulary Majken's fantastic Chimera [www.majken.se] and an Oberheim DMX drum module).

My main inspirations for these pieces are musicians/groups Television, Joy Division, New Order, The Cure, Bowie, Iggy Pop, Kraftwerk, Talking Heads, Gang of Four, and Lou Reed/The Velvet Underground, and authors William S. Burroughs, Franz Kafka, Eugene Ionesco, Aldous Huxley, and Philip K. Dick. Many thanks to my friend Jesse (http://soundcloud.com/je ssekingsbury) for moral support. His piece "Love Me, Stranger (Pt. 2)" is the icon I've used.
