Very calm and sweet.

I can see Megaman on a cliff (not unlike MMX-X3) looking back on the ruins of Wily's Fortress, questioning whether or not he could have defused the situation without violence, but comes to terms to the fact that he must keep doing this to maintain peace and keep the world out of Wily's hands. All the while this tune is playing.
