Spectacular
Touches the heart with sadness, and yet the beauty of it resonates.

Reminds me of a character in a book
Going both off of the title and the suggestion by NeutralParty I can easily visualize a character in one of my favorite books. In the GreyHawk series there is a book titled White Plume Mountain and a sequel titled Descent Into the Depths of the Earth. In both one of the main characters is a faerie named Escalla.
She IS one of these darker faeries... in a way. She has her bad traits (greed the primary) but inside she is very caring and loyal. Banished from the Faerie Court for reasons she kept to herself, she traveled to the world of humans to eke out her own existence.
This music, with its mixture of light and dark tones, fits her mood so well it astounds me, and makes me appreciate this piece all the more.
The fact that you can make music that can do things like this is truly a remarkable gift that you use so well. I hope it never leaves you and you continue to create as long as you are able, it is one of your greatest strengths.
Thank you.

I see a fairy
a fairy who was not the same as the others... not the wonderous idols of "beauty" the others portray! so she was banished! and left to fend for herself. She is met with many sad happenings. hmmmmm BUT I LOVE IT!
