1. ORIGIN

The first thing I did that caused me to make this track was playing around with the plugin FL Keys in FL Studio. I decided to set the bend to almost full, and created a bassline using the basic sounds of a keyboard, except just bent to my needs. Then I just added everything on top of that: the drums, the hi-hat, the little guitar riffs, and I tried to make it sound good. That's how I made the track, basically.

2. SPECIFICS

The specific DAW I used to make this song was FL Studio 10 Demo version. I just used the default FL Keys plugin for the bass, and then the "Rhodes" preset for the chords towards the end, also with a large pitch bend. The drums I used are standard, from the FL Studio packs. This was less about the materials I used, but more about the feel I wanted to send as a message to the listener. Those are the specifics.
