Revenant's Return - Intro

Author Comments

I wrote this up while feeling very much under pressure by the end of this college semester. It helped alleviate some stress I'm sure.

I'll admit, I didn't intend this to allude Revenant (like my freaking other 5 song series did) but I'm sure RetromanOMG won't mind. It'll give us an excuse to collab eventually.

This song doesn't include any melodies from Expedition to Mount Revenant, but whatever story stems from this series will have to do with it for sure.

XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

my head exploded for the asum neessssssssssssssss *head bangs*

Phaser/Flanger

Too much of it during certain parts. Also, I'm with Retroman the part where it drops and turns into hardstyle, the kick needs some much more. It's at 1:36 to be exact. Other then that. Sounds good, a bit trancy. I love it over all. Good stuff :D

OpenLight responds:

Thanks.

I had huge issues with the kick. I completely agree, and I'll keep that in mind for future stuff.

Glad you liked it!

!!!

I think I might have already used that as the headliner for a comment...

Anyway, I loved this song. Between the kickass synths and the accompanying bass, this was an action-packed track to listen to.

One thing I could say is that there were parts where I thought the kick drum could've been stronger to match the energy of everything else. When I get to collabing with you, maybe I could make my own version of it.

OpenLight responds:

Awesome!

Yeah I tried a bunch with the kick but nothing turned out right. I'm sure I could have done more but ah well haha.
