soo yeah heres my entry, im not really sure how authentically Turkish sounding the intro is (prolly not at all) but at least one of the instruments is Turkish.

But really the point of this is that its done in 9/8 time as opposed to 4/4.

Effectively, Ive killed dubstep and Traditional Turkish music all in one terribly bloody swing.

pretty fucking nice, Turkish guy here.

intro would be really nice if you've removed the "vacuum" noise behind the kanun, or whatever string instrument noise you've used. plus, the part between 1.12 and 1.20 is very usable for the rest of the song, so if you wanna make this sound more turkish, listen to that part very carefully and use natural sounds more throughout the song. overall really nice song, but I believe that you should make this sound less techno-ish and more natural. great choice of melody and instrument (PM me the name of the instrument that's been used, please) but sounds a little too techno. cheers,

thanks, yeah i forget which instrument it was exactly, i dont think it was a kanun tho, mabey a tambur. At any rate it was just a synthesized instrument, i guess it kinda seems like i recorded real instruments from how my description is worded lol.

Intro needs work... rest of the song gets me going

But yea, that intro needs a bit of work... that chior pad you've got sounds a little bland to me... maybe if it had some delay effects or something to keep the pad from stopping so abrubtly at times xD.

I really loved the rest of the song though. 9/10 4/5

ha yeah i totally agree that the intro sucks...

but im glad you like the actual dubstep part of the song lol, I like to think i did something right with this song lol.

Well,

Overall it was better than I thought it would be.
The intro sounds a little too mechanical to me; I think it would sound better with some varied velocities. The intro sounded a little too long for my likings, too.
The wobbles were actually pretty sick in my opinion - but I think they need to be a little more bassy.
With a little bit of work, this could be a pretty sick dubstep song ;)

idk mabey i didnt adjust the low ends right or something. yeah i didnt have much to work with as far as the intro goes lol.
