I must know
where you got this shamisen!
I've been working on my Egyptian style songs for awhile sometime now and this is a small loop I came up with. I haven't finished my other full song at the moment, I'm stuck on where to take it :/ Anyways send me some reviews and lemme know whatcha think or if I should maybe change something to make this song better!
I must know
where you got this shamisen!
Ah yes the Shamisen, it's a VST program from DSK Studios. If you look them up on google under DSK VST Instruments, you can find it. It's called DSK Asian Dreams and has several Asian instruments including a Ban Di flute and Erhu string as well as several shamisen style instruments. It's free as well so that's a plus. Feel free to message me if you have any questions.
Hmmm... Paper Mario and Zelda
That's what this reminds me of.
How about some tiny bells at the end of some of the [guitar]?
Have you tried listening to other Egyptian music?
That last rift doesn't sort of fit. It sounds like it might start something, or it sounds like it messes up the flow a bit. I like it. Sounds great if it was ambiance for an adventure game in some ruins.
Hehe you're right about Paper Mario and Zelda, those are two of my favorite games I guess I might have gotten my muse from their music. As for the last part, I was trying to find a great way to make it flow back to the beginning for a loop rather than just suddenly starting again but I agree it was hard to find a short riff that worked at all :P Thanks for the review!
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
