I love all the Mega Man music, and this one is one of my favorites. This was a good mix. There were a few things I felt it was lacking, however. I thought it needed more bass, more drums, and a faster tempo.
The instruments and synths were perfect. Sounded 'airy.' Very atuned to Storm Eagles character.
(Have you considered doing a mix of Spark Mandrill or Boomer Kuwangers theme?)

This is the greatest (and one of the few) Storm Eagle mix I have ever heared, seriously, you need to keep up these MMX songs.

Harmonies flat

Good choice of song -- it's one I plan on doing myself.

The synth notes sound a bit flat -- the harmonies suffer from it, as one part that is slightly off interacts with another part that is also slightly off in a different direction, making the final mix sound soured. Try tweaking the sounds ever so slightly and spend the extra time going over your mix with a fine-toothed comb to create a more polished finished product.
