XeroQ - Soar (Trance Demo)

My latest song "Soar".

Just a demo at the moment.

Not sure what genre I created, I mostly make trance so I just decided to leave it in the trance sub-genre. But it does sound like house. Also, Deadmau5 sytle. ^^

Anyways, I put a lot of effort with mastering, eq'ing, and using the appropriate compression.

I recommend you guys have a sub, if not, then at least use headphones/earphones which can produce the sounds created in the 80 - 100 hz area.

Edit: worked on the sub bass and fixed it up even more. Hope it sounds nice! ;)

Let me know what you guys think!

Great sound!

Everything blends and meshes so beautifully, I really like it. :) Like others below have said, the pad intro is a bit long.

The piano seems a little lonely though. Great chords, sounds well-mastered but... harmonically it sounds like there should be something building or being added in alongside it.

Then again, I guess this is just a demo. :D

Fantastic stuff here, dude. :)

Captures a scene of serenity

I really like the pads, although the intro is a bit long. Very chill and relaxing!

I think that you can experiment more using different instruments to fit the atmosphere and feel of the song. 5/5 9/10 from me! I will be patient to wait until you complete this relaxing composition. Have a good day :)

Great So Far

The pad intro is a little long in my opinion but once the melody comes in and the piano its really pretty.

XeroQ responds:

yeah, it is about 29 seconds long, then the bass kicks in. Oh well! Thanks for the review bro! :)
