Lights all around,

Ascending up - going down

Affix myself to the ground;

For once it's I who am bound

Vision's a blur,

An invitation, as it were:

"Come with me into the darkness,

We could talk among these thoughtless

Feelings have no bearings in this,

Timeless spaceless endless needless

We'll discover one another,

We'll consume within each other,

In and out the mindless saunter,

Deep inside we're taking cover"

We are part of something greater - we have risen past our 'maker'

Night and day is all the same while it's all growing far too tame

We search for something deeper all the while you are growing bleaker]

Looking around,

Begin to question just how,

I see, we're lost but we've found,

We've no control of ourselves

Can it get worse?

This is not what we deserve,

And though we wait for the word,

I know we'll both come out hurt

Searching what's within this darkness,

Finding all that lies in promise,

Struggling is so relentless,

Everything is all but endless

Now within this complex sentence,

Judgement waits - the Jury's nameless

I found hope within this patient,

Now you're lost inside my regret

Done with games and painting flowers

'Queen of Spades and Queen of Hearts

slowly we tear them apart -

Time is ticking, never ending,

We are sneaking, we are fending,

In the shadows to ourselves

Before we pull you down to Hell

Glutton for punishment,

I'm lost in the Hatred:

The forger of swords

Envy exposed,

My Pride is clouding the way:

I know what I want,

But what you give I will take

I'm bound by myself,

I couldn't move if I tried

I'm Lusting for Hell,

And you're exposing the lies

I look for myself,

And I'm surrounded by signs;

I'm screaming for help -

Nobody's hearing the cries

In Courtyards of Bronze

We see our Paradise lost

And deep in the desert

We are engulfed by the frost

The peace of the breeze

Which once was 'just so serene,'

Now overwhelmed by the beasts

And slowly fading away

This cancerous cloud

That's pouring into our lungs;

It's helping us now,

So we can realize the wrongs
