When I was a kid I used to spend weekends riding my 10 speed around my suburban neighborhood with my best friend Chris. There wasn't usually a destination, or any particular plan for the day. They were, without a doubt, simpler times. There was always a section of the area where the houses didn't match the rest of the neighborhood. They were older, darker, and more unique then the regular cookie cutter houses that had been built up over the years around the empty lots we lived amongst. The sign into this stretch of awkward beauty was called "Harper's Hop", and I miss it.

Again,
Beautiful work, and I can agree with nostalgia.
I write poetry as a hobby, and I can agree wholeheartedly that reminiscing about the past is a great way to build inspiration.
Keep it up, you are the best at what you do :)

As always....
You are the best /miscellaneous/classical composer of music on Newgrounds in my opinion. The fact that you can think about a certain combination of notes while doing other stuff and then come and play them on your piano is amazing. I can only wish I had your talent with the piano, and I've been playing it for 8+ years now....
