I have been working on this song for a few hours each day for the past three days. It is not yet finished. I will upload the final version after finishing it. :) All of the main parts or melodies "clash" in a sense. I'm going to lengthen them each and blend them together. (Going to add on a minute or more to it.) It ends rather abruptly as well, since it is not yet complete.
This song is a mix of Ambient and House. I will finish it up soon. If anyone can give me any pointers on what I can do to make it better, It would be much appreciated. :) lol
Well, enjoy!

P.S. This is my first song I've made that ISN'T classical. Sorry, if it doesn't fit the genre too well. I am not experienced in making different kinds of music. First time using drums as well. :X

Cool song indeed.

I love how it transitions throughout, and definitely loops well. I think for your first time doing a track like this, it is very well done. I'm too chicken to accomplish something like this in this style, so you've definitely got one up on me. :) Keep up the awesome work!

AshleyAlyse responds:

Thank you so much for your review! :) I've got to say that it was pretty weird making a song like this, but I'm proud of the way it turned out regardless. x) I'm glad you like it!

Very cool song.

I like the melodies, the piano and the drums. They go very well together. Excellent job 10/10. By the way, I'm in the process of making a game. Is it alright if I use your song?

AshleyAlyse responds:

Thank you so very much! :D Of course! You may use whichever songs of mine that you'd like. :)

Nice song

Soft and smooth ambient song. Though the occupation of the space is definitely here, and even a bit too pronounced maybe. So it sometimes sounds a bit too chaotic cause of the superposition of all your long notes, the reverb and the succession of accords at piano.

Next to that, the main issue is on the brutality of the chaining of all the different cells. It's each time really sudden. Even in the very beginning at 0:16, your ascent is cut as if it was shot down in its race. Think about adding a lil cymbal or something like that to the arrival. I'm sure some nice soft percussion transitions would make a great effect and prepare for your next melodic line.

A last thing I didn't really like or understood is the acceleration in the end, I guess you changed your tempo at 1:08, and like the rest, a bit too suddenly ;)

So, finally, I really liked this little song, melodic and apeasing (even if it doesn't lack of rhythms), particularly the very beginning which is really the best part in my opinion. Anyway, nice melodies, nice arrangements and accompagnement, a good variety through all the song (which doesn't need to be extended in my opinion, it's really good as it is).
Good job ! (and forgive my bad english)

AshleyAlyse responds:

I am so glad you reviewed this song. I find your opinion very helpful. :) I appreciate it and I thank you very much for the wonderful review. :)

Nice

Very catchy. I love this song and I can't wait for you to finish it, if you ever do.

AshleyAlyse responds:

Huzzah! :D I'm going to finish it as soon as I get my computer fixed. :) (Which will hopefully be pretty soon here, ha.) Thanks for the review. I appreciate it. :)

Pretty Good

For your first House track, I think it was pretty good. Definitely less House, More Ambient I think, but still a nice track. Reminds me of the theme to the actual show "House"

AshleyAlyse responds:

Does it? That's funny, I really like that song. :) Thank you very much for your review. :D
