This is a really weird beat, I could hear Dr. Octagon AKA MF DOOM, Pharcyde, Lords of the Underground, M. O. P. or NAS just to name a few who would spit a verse on this. I think it needs more added to it to break it up & it needs to be longer, I love the bassline , drums & the chops are sick the Eq is awesome but you need to reorganize & structure it to give it purpose. This could be a hit with a little work.
