Amazing use of uncommon instruments

You do not here hear a few of these instruments commonly anywhere on NG. Unfortunately the Violin introduced at 1:58 killed EVERYTHING. It doesn't fit the mood of the song at all, and it feels like that melody is very forced and too quick. It doesn't flow smoothly like the rest of your song. Ignoring that I would like to see more interesting work like this from you in the future! Amazing work, keep going!

i'm a pretty huge fan of gorillaz myself, and the atmosphere of this song was very well captured.
plus the drum kits, and scratch samples really added that old raw-breakbeat gorillaz feel.
all around this track is total win.

now I love gorillaz and the remixes that people make but this... this is just outstanding! It may not have 2d's vocals but I guess if I really wanted them on there I would add them myself. You have done a great job and if Damon Albarn ever hears this he's going to be shocked =) in a good way.
