kinda hard to describe what the song is like but all i can do say is that party, dance, etc and what else? not like hyperactivity but i guess it might fit it then the beginning is like what you described of like being drunk lol.

Vodka is greatness in a bottle and considering you wasn't 100% while making this i give you some props for it,as for it sounding like a hangover song i'm not sure what one would sound like but i did think the song was real catchy & hot so great job. =)

I drank like a pint of UV blue straight, not much, but it gave me pretty mild hangover. UV is my fav brand.
