Sinister

Not too bad actually. Has a very dark feeling to it though. Does make you think of the games too. Kind of makes me think this is an extended loop of the tune heard when the grandfather clock is activated in the first game. The simplicity of it is good as since it gives you a dreadful feeling as you explore the mansion even more into the night.

Why is there a corpse in the hallway...?

Really good ambient music. it's simple repetitiveness is perfect for this sort of thing and the tones and accents you put on each note in the melody is perfect. the supporting note in the background also added a disturbing effect to it. this is really good, creepiness perfected! good job! my only real complaint is that if it's played loud (like you suggested) the vibrating chords seem to screech in your ear... it's kinda painful. other than that this is just disturbingly creepy and there isn't much that will break the tension...
