This is the opening theme for my 22-minute short film One Dark Night. During this sequence a fair maiden, Annabel Lee, wanders the moonlit forest and happens upon an old manor. Her heartbeat awakens an undead man inside by the name of Archibald Undercroft. When the two meet face to face, Archibald accidentally coughs up a piece of his long-broken heart, sending Annabel Lee fleeing and screaming in terror.
