So I got a concrete thought, and thus this song came about.

It's extremely experimental, but the whole song is mostly in the bass. If you don't have speakers/headphones with good bass, you'll lack most of the song. Sorry to say.

Anyways. More hip-hop stuff. Enjoy folks.

Dark as hell

Holy skat! This is so dark and ominous... Argh, the feeling! Now I'll have to listen to some happy hardcore dance for a while to lose it!

I like that wobble thingy effect (whatever it can be called) that appears every once in a while. And all these other subtle sounds... I just love it. Like Lamp said: the atmosphere is great!

10 for sure!

Lublub194 responds:

The wobbly thing was an edited patch entitled black hole. I think... anyways. Yeah. It's full of creepiness.

It was one of the first songs that had so many textures in it. There are a total of 4 textures and 3 different melody tracks and the bass plus the drums. It was absolutely loaded with stuff.

Anyways, I'm glad you liked it :D

Huh.

While waiting for this song to load, I was thinking about the title and the description, and realized how easy it is to relate making music to doing #2. It's not the most pleasant of comparisons, so I'm not going to explain, but... yeah :P

As for the song itself. The atmosphere is great. I've been listening to a LOAD of dark ambient for the past two days, and I thought I was going to come out of that genre, but you've actually got some similar ambient effects here. Sounds really odd, in a good way.

I like that the classical side of things was kept on a relatively low volume, it sort gave me less to concentrate on melody-wise so I could appreciate the atmosphere better.

Cool stuff :3

Lublub194 responds:

You gotta experiment til you get something. Otherwise you'll have nothing =O

Anyways, I did sense a dark feeling while making it, but that's certainly okay, because I like it like that.

Classical always :D

Thanks man :D
