This is great!! I would be very fine with this being the official soundtrack of Cavestory 3D or Cavestory +
My only judgement is that the end could have been cut just a bit to make it loop better.
Over all, it is a very good remix of the retro classic, if that's what you're looking for. Me? I prefer indie magic, but this is a nice twist :)
For some reason the program I use adds that last couple of seconds despite being empty even when I tell it not to. There's a couple of songs I have here that never loop right.

for a second i thought i was in Zelda II in town X3 but this is really good, vary peaceful like how a town/village should sound like. i died like 4 times at the final boss in CS then i FINALLY remembered i had the heart thing Jenka gives you. XD
