It's a good start, the violin melody is well written and the percussion is used well. The bass/cello harmony is good, but repetitive. You should have different instruments take over the harmony, and change up the harmony as well, you used the same thing for pretty much the entire song, except for one portion where the violins stop playing.

The song has a bold feel to it, you should add some horns to add to that feeling, make a bigger sound.

Also, don't end the song the same way you started it, make an ending.

This would be good as background music for a video game or something, but for foreground music, you need to expand upon it and add more.

really has the feel I think you were going for.
it's adventurous, proud and uplifting.
at times the notes of the low strings and the high strings are discordant which sounds a little distracting but it's not too noticeable.

It was quite nice to listen too. Although I thought some of the sounds clashed, this could just be passed of as your style.
