Good and evil are abstract, a concept conceived by the morals and ethics of the individuals perception. This song reminds me that no matter how malicious, or righteous, a persons actions are, the instigator of those actions cannot be confined to such a simple word.

It's good for some background music or for the bullet time, when someone is falling down or dying. Nice job. I give you 8/10, because you need to develop yourself :) I think this is not the end of your abilities. Make your work better and better :) (For example try to make the piece longer, add more motives in one piece).

Love that intro. Deep bass alone and violins combined are one of the saddest sounds on the planet. I liked the grabual build up. It painted the picture well. The fragmented piano made me think about this huge guys faced, etched sad looking at his comrades fallen. As he walks off. The drums at the end made me think something angry was about to come, and a strike of anger hits the Hero's face. Then static? I'll consider it a technical glitch. Excellently done, although it could have had a bit more "oomph" in there somewhere, like a climax.
So you want to hear an extended More epic version - I'll work on it then!

I like it and the description you gave it, but I have a question.
The one that started the war is a hero? Sure he led his people in and fell with them, but aren't those people (starters of the war) usually not liked as much?

reguardless of what side you are on - if you fight for a cause greater than your own, are you not designated a hero from the people you fight for - There is no good and evil, just what we choose to fight for.
