Hey folks! Its been a long time huh :P

But I finally finished something for ya ;D

Its my second attempt at classical, though its more like New Age style, but classical is the closest genre I could find on newgrounds... ^^'

This one took a couple weeks to finish, its a pretty much a total remake of "The Island" movie theme written by Steve Jablonsky and used for the closing scene of the film, I believe it has also been used in "Seven Pounds" and in the trailer of "Elizabeth The Golden Age", its a really beautiful tune, so it was hard not to work on it, as always the drums were recorded directly from my drum set to Audacity and then edited on Fruity Loops 8, I played the piano you listen at the middle part on my MIDI keyboard using a piano patch from the same and the choirs and strings were made combining sytrus and nexus. ^_~

I want to thank Kr1z for telling me about the song, who knows, maybe we'll work on a remix of it together... :P

But for now, I leave you with my own version of The Island.

Peace!

But why do I care. I mean it's classic, and that's what I were looking for. As it doesn't matter what genre you add, it's still awesome.
Love the smooth melody all from the entrance to the exit.

Full scores once more. Because this is what I like in classic music. A fine rhythm and something to lean back to, listening to over and over again.

"Nice but not as nice as the original!"

I do like it... But you must understand that Jablonsky is an amazing composer, one of my favourites in fact.
The fact that people are remaking his music just shows that.

This version is really good tho! Keep it up :P
