Alright, personally I think zero is way too low for this song-- you did an okay job. I really think what you need to do is study up- or listen a bit to how different notes sound together, the arpeggiators are great, but you have to know a little about chords and harmony.
I think you have a long way to go, but keep it up, because you'll get better with each song you make.
For the next one, try starting with a good bass line (this could even be a single, repeating note), and then build notes slowly off of that to make a melody.
