It's great for what you were trying to achieve. Reminds me a little of Fort Minor, minus the oboe(?) in the back.
I agree with all 3 reviews below, thought sirtom definitely had something I agree strongly with. I certainly got the feel of the song, and it's great. The good thing is that it doesn't get tiring too quickly, which is a major plus on all loops.

Very gritty drumline in there, vague pianoline with some artificial vinyl crackle for good measure equals a good loop that i can imagine being taken further to create a pretty dark, ambient track.

Had a nice urban sound to it can imigane it at the start of a british gangster kind of film. The sounds you used were very emotive and it gave a sad mood. Also the slight distortion you put on adds to the effect so all in all a nice piece.
Good progression also. Keep it up.
